The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts in the Second Reading and in its Entirety the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Cooperation" (re the Acquirement by the Members of the cooperation the Property Right)

The Bill (Reg. №2158) envisages that "the members of the housing, garage-housing, building or garage etc. cooperation have the rights for property and use and after the conciliation with the administration have the rights of dispossession of it, country house, garage etc if they don not purchased by them" .
